This lovely Town House near Quesada, Alicante is available for Holiday rental and is centrally located for a perfect holiday, set in the Spanish countryside. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a well equipped bathroom, downstairs shower room and WC. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, full size oven and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. A communal pool (unheated) and garden area are at the centre of the development with access from the rear of the house. Local attractions include the beach at Guadamar (10 minutes drive), the Aqua Park, numerous golf courses and the nearby towns of Alicante, Elche, and Torrevieja, all within easy reach. .
